We provide an after hours emergency phone line in case of any after hour emergencies with your home.
We advertise your home to potential applicants which includes numerous online rental websites. We answer phone inquiries, show vacant units, accept rental applications, provide a thorough tenant screening including running a credit check as well as references and employment and rental verifications.
We get top dollar for your investment. We make sure we follow the rental market very closely to make sure we are at the correct rental rate for your particular home.
We take care of any repairs that are needed to maintain the home and call you the home owner to get prior authorization prior to work being performed.
Our Management duties include collecting rent, sign and send receipts electronically maintain rental records, inform owners if rent is late, serve rental increases, prepare notices, conduct drive by and interior inspections.
Accept tenants complaints or repair requests.
